11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Armie Garmie Team Kids Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Club. Our total liability for any claim related to the Club shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim (or $50 if no amount was paid).

12. Prize Giveaways

Armie Garmie Team Kids Club may offer prize giveaways, competitions, and sweepstakes ("Prize Events") from time to time. The following rules apply to all Prize Events:

Eligibility
Prize Events are open to children of all ages who are members of Armie Garmie Team Kids Club.
All prize claims must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian who is 18 years of age or older.
Children under 18 may not directly submit their own shipping information or claim prizes independently.
Employees of Armie Garmie Team Kids Club and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Claim a Prize
When a child wins or qualifies for a prize, a notification will be displayed on the website.
The parent or legal guardian must visit our Prize Page and complete the prize claim form, providing their name, email address, and shipping address.
Prize claim forms must be completed within 30 days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited.
Only one prize claim per household per Prize Event unless otherwise stated.
Shipping & Delivery
Prizes will be shipped to the address provided by the parent or guardian on the prize claim form.
We are not responsible for prizes lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect address information.
Shipping is available to addresses Worldwide unless otherwise stated for a specific Prize Event.
Delivery times may vary. We will provide tracking information where available.
Prize Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
By accepting a prize, the parent or guardian consents to the child's first name and general location (city/state) being used in winner announcements on our website, unless they opt out at the time of claiming.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win any Prize Event. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
Personal Data

Shipping addresses and contact details collected through the Prize Page are used solely for prize delivery and are deleted within 90 days of successful delivery. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Club may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse or control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. We recommend that parents supervise children when following any external links.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to:

Change or discontinue any feature of the Club
Update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with an updated date

Continued use of the Club after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Club shall be resolved in the courts of Washoe County, Nevada. For EU and UK residents, local consumer protection laws also apply.
