PRIVACY POLICY

Last Updated: July 26, 2026 | Effective Date: July 26, 2026

Welcome to Armie Garmie Team Kids Club!

At Armie Garmie Team Kids Club ("the Club," "we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to protecting the privacy of every child and family who visits our website and uses our services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect (and what we don't), how we use it, and the choices you have as a parent or guardian.

We fully comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK Age-Appropriate Design Code (Children's Code), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

1. Who We Are

Armie Garmie Team Kids Club is an online club for kids of all ages, featuring Armie Garmie and friends — Chimpy, Sniffer, Tank, and Mantulla — through games, activities, stories, and creative content. Our website is operated by Armie Garmie Team Kids Club, located at Reno, NV 89512.

2. Our Privacy Promise to Families

We designed the Armie Garmie Team Kids Club with one rule above all others: children's privacy comes first. That means:

We do not sell children's data. Ever.
We do not show advertisements to children.
We do not build profiles of individual children.
We do not collect personal information from children without verifiable parental consent.
Any chat rooms on our platform are closely monitored by our dedicated safety team to help ensure children's safety at all times.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

We never collect the following from children or visitors to our site:

Full names, usernames linked to real identity
Email addresses from children
Home or school addresses
Phone numbers
Photos or videos of children
Voice recordings
Precise GPS or location data
Social media profiles or connections
Government ID or financial information
Any information that could be used to identify or contact a child directly

4. Information We May Collect

To keep the Club running smoothly and improve our content, we may collect the following limited, anonymous information:

From all visitors (no personal data):
General geographic region (country or state level only — not precise location)
Browser type and device category (e.g., "mobile, iOS")
Pages visited and time spent on the site
Which activities or games were accessed (aggregated only)
Technical error and crash reports
From parents/guardians who contact us voluntarily:
Name and email address (only when a parent reaches out to us directly)
The content of your message or support request

Any information voluntarily provided by a parent is used only to respond to that request and is never shared or sold.

5. Prize Giveaway — Information Collected from Parents & Guardians

Armie Garmie Team Kids Club offers prize giveaways for our members. Because our members include children under 18, all prize claims and shipping information are handled exclusively by a parent or legal guardian who is 18 years of age or older.

When a parent or guardian submits a prize claim through our dedicated Prize Page, we collect the following information solely for the purpose of delivering the prize:

Parent or guardian's full name
Parent or guardian's email address (for prize confirmation)
Full shipping address (street, city, state/province, ZIP/postal code, country)
Child's first name only (to address the prize package)
Child's age range (to ensure the prize is age-appropriate)

This information is:

Collected only from parents or legal guardians aged 18 or older — never directly from children
Used exclusively to ship the prize to the winner's household
Never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes
Retained only until the prize has been successfully delivered, after which it is permanently deleted (maximum retention: 90 days)
Transmitted and stored securely using HTTPS/TLS encryption

By submitting a prize claim form, the parent or guardian confirms they are 18 or older, they are the parent or legal guardian of the child named, and they consent to their shipping information being used for prize delivery.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use only essential cookies necessary for the website to function. We do not use:

Advertising cookies or tracking pixels
Cross-site tracking technologies
Cookies that persist beyond your session for behavioral profiling

You may disable cookies in your browser settings. Some features of the site may not function correctly without essential cookies.

7. How We Use Information

Anonymous, aggregated data is used solely to:

Understand which content kids enjoy most so we can make more of it
Identify and fix technical problems
Improve website performance and accessibility
Comply with legal obligations

We do not use any data to target, profile, or contact children.

8. Data Retention

Anonymous analytics data is retained for a maximum of 12 months, after which it is permanently deleted. Parent/guardian contact information is retained only as long as necessary to resolve the inquiry, then deleted. We maintain a formal written data retention policy in compliance with the COPPA Rule amendments effective April 22, 2026.

9. Children Under 13 — COPPA Compliance

Our website is directed at children. In compliance with COPPA:

We do not knowingly collect personal information from any child under 13 without verifiable parental consent
No account creation, login, or personal information is required to access our content
If we discover we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately
Parents may contact us at any time to request review or deletion of any data: [email protected]

10. Parental Rights

As a parent or legal guardian, you have the right to:

Know what information (if any) we have collected related to your child
Request deletion of any information
Refuse any further data collection
Withdraw consent at any time
Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (for EU/UK residents)

To exercise any of these rights, email us at: [email protected]

We will respond within 30 days (or sooner as required by law).

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may occasionally link to external websites for additional resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage parents to review the privacy policies of any external sites their children visit.

12. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect all data we handle, including:

HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data transmitted to and from our site
Regular security audits and updates
Strict access controls — only authorized team members access backend systems
No storage of sensitive personal data on our servers

If you are accessing the Armie Garmie Team Kids Club from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our servers are located. By using our site, you consent to this transfer. For EU and UK users, we comply with GDPR data transfer requirements.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. If we make material changes that affect how we handle children's data, we will provide clear notice on the website. Continued use of the Club after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
