A message to parents and guardians:

At Armie Garmie Team Kids Club, the safety and wellbeing of every child who visits our Club is our highest priority. This page gives parents and guardians practical guidance to help kids get the most out of the Club — safely, healthily, and happily.

🌿 What Is Armie Garmie Team Kids Club?

Armie Garmie Team Kids Club is an online kids club where children of all ages can explore a world of fun with Armie Garmie and the whole team — Chimpy, Sniffer, Tank, and Mantulla. The Club offers:

Games — Fun, skill-building games featuring our original characters

Club Content — New surprises, seasonal events, and exclusive member content

Everything in our Club is specifically designed to be:
✅ Completely ad-free
✅ Free from violence, scary content, and inappropriate language
✅ Free from social features, public chat, or stranger interaction
✅ Safe, warm, and encouraging for kids of all ages

🧒 Our Commitment to Safe Content

Every piece of content in Armie Garmie Team Kids Club goes through our internal safety review before publishing. We ensure:

No violence: Characters in our games are never hurt, harmed, or eliminated — they are always treated with kindness
No scary villains: Even our grumpy characters (like Grumblegore) are lovable and always redeemed in the end
No adult themes: All stories, dialogue, and activities are created with children in mind
No user-generated public content: Children cannot post publicly, share profiles, or interact with strangers
No advertising: We will never show ads or sponsored content within our Club
No data collection from children: See our Privacy Policy for full details

📱 Healthy Screen Time Guidance

We love that kids enjoy the Armie Garmie Team Kids Club — and we also want to make sure that screen time stays healthy and balanced. Here's guidance for families:

General Tips:
Set consistent daily time limits that work for your family
Use your device's built-in tools: Screen Time (iPhone/iPad) or Digital Wellbeing (Android)
Encourage a break every 30–45 minutes — stretch, move, go outside!
Avoid screens for at least one hour before bedtime
Balance Club time with outdoor play, reading, and face-to-face time with friends and family
The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends:
Consistent, reasonable screen time limits for all school-age children
Co-viewing and co-play whenever possible so parents know what kids are experiencing
Screen-free mealtimes and bedrooms

Our games and activities are designed with natural stopping points so kids can take breaks without frustration.

👨‍👩‍👧 Playing and Exploring Together

One of the best things you can do is experience the Club alongside your child. Here are some ideas:

Play a game together — our characters and gameplay are fun for adults too!
Read the stories together — great for bedtime or family reading time
Talk about the characters — Armie Garmie's bravery, Chimpy's humor, Sniffer's loyalty, Tank's strength, and Mantulla's creativity are all great conversation starters about positive values
Celebrate milestones — when your child earns a badge or completes a challenge, celebrate with them!

🎁 Prize Giveaways — A Guide for Parents

Armie Garmie Team Kids Club loves to reward our members with real prizes! Here's everything parents and guardians need to know about how our prize giveaways work and how we keep the process safe for families.

How Prize Giveaways Work
Prizes are won through activities, games, competitions, or random giveaways held on our Club.
When a child qualifies for a prize, a notification appears on the website.
A parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older must then visit our Prize Page to complete the claim on behalf of their child.
Children under 18 cannot claim prizes directly — this protects their personal information.
What Parents Fill Out on the Prize Page

The prize claim form asks for:

✅ Parent or guardian's name and email
✅ Shipping address for prize delivery
✅ Child's first name (so we can address the package)
✅ Child's age range (to confirm the prize is appropriate)

We never ask for your child's full name, school, phone number, or any other personal details. We use your shipping address only to send the prize — nothing else.

Your Information Is Safe
Your shipping address is encrypted and stored securely
It is used only to deliver your child's prize
It is permanently deleted within 90 days of delivery
It is never sold or shared with any third party

Prize Delivery
Prizes are shipped directly to the address provided by the parent or guardian
You will receive a confirmation email when your claim is received and again when the prize is shipped
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the prize type
If you have not received your prize within the expected timeframe, please contact us at [email protected]

Important Reminders for Parents
Only parents or legal guardians 18 years of age or older may submit prize claim forms
Keep an eye on the Club to make sure your child doesn't miss a prize notification — claims expire after 30 days
If you have any concerns about the prize process or your personal information, contact us at [email protected] — we're happy to help

🔒 Keeping Your Child Safe Online

Even within a safe environment like ours, good online habits matter everywhere. Please teach your child:

Never share personal information online — not their real name, school, address, or phone number — even on sites that seem safe
Tell a trusted adult if anything online makes them feel uncomfortable, scared, or confused
Not all websites are like ours — help them understand the difference between safe, kid-focused sites and the broader internet
Passwords are private — if they have any account logins (managed by a parent), never share them with friends

Device Safety Steps for Parents:
Download Club apps only from official sources: the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our official website
Enable parental controls and content filters on all devices
Regularly check browser history and app usage
Keep device operating systems and apps updated

⚠️ Signs of Unhealthy Screen Habits

Watch for these signs that your child may benefit from reduced screen time:

Irritability or anger when asked to stop using the Club
Skipping meals or avoiding sleep to spend more time on devices
Losing interest in activities they used to enjoy
Difficulty concentrating or completing homework
Preferring screen time over playing with friends or family

If you notice these signs, gently reduce screen time, introduce alternative activities, and speak with your child's pediatrician if you are concerned.
